The location of the hotel is fantastic and the ambiance is great. Despite the poor service and stingy replenishments, the cozy room was clean and well-appointed. Staff were friendly, but there were some privacy concerns with the bathroom and the room was quite small. Overall, a decent option for a short stay in a convenient location.

Great hotel in a super central spot, just minutes from the subway and with amazing rooftop views. Beds were cozy, bathroom spotless, and staff super friendly. Unfortunately, a hiccup with rooftop bar reservations put a damper on our plans a couple of times, but we rolled with it and found other places to hang out. No luggage stand and minimal hangers in the wardrobe were a bit of a bummer, but overall, it was a solid stay 👍.

Clean and comfortable stay during soft opening. Convenient location to Chinatown, Soho, and surrounding places of interest. The gym was quiet, and the lobby seating area was cozy. The hotel provides a modern decor room with lovely views, and the staff is friendly. The nearby landmarks, like the World Trade Center Memorial and The High Line, make for great family outings, enhancing relaxation and bonding time.

The hotel has very good staff and rooms, I liked it. There's Boba Guys located very close to the venue, I recommend to try food there. All in all a stylish hotel and great stay.

First stay, staff gave best local taxi tip. Perfect fit, with Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, and business center. I always return, Easter is next.

We loved the convenient location with easy access to multiple train lines and downtown areas. The hotel had a modern update and a great coffee shop. The storage in the rooms was ample for our needs. As longer-term business travelers, we appreciated the comfortable mattress and pillows, and the cleanliness of the room.

The location of this hotel is absolutely brilliant! You can't stay in a better area of New York - a real neighborhood feeling but close to the best fashion districts, SoHo, and Wall Street. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay very pleasant. They even arranged an airport transfer for us on the day of check out, which was super helpful. the room was nicely decorated, the bed was cozy and comfortable, and we slept very well. Plus, having a coffee shop like the Blue Bottle on-site was very convenient.

One thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms. We noticed some areas were not cleaned properly and the floors seemed dusty.

The hotel staff rocked - super helpful and fun! With a tiny but cozy room, we had a blast exploring the city. We hit up the rad sports playground with batting cages and even tried ice skating! Then we grooved to lively tunes at Saint Tuesday - such a sick spot for music lovers like us.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the modern and chic decor of the hotel room. the black theme created a sleek and stylish atmosphere that I really enjoyed. the room was also equipped with state, of, the, art technology, including a fantastic TV and multiple charging outlets for my devices. It was such a relief to not have to search for a charging port! the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel right at home.

One aspect that I didn't particularly care for was the small size of the room. It was quite compact and felt a bit cramped, especially for a couple with multiple suitcases.

I recently stayed at a newly opened hotel in Tribeca for a few nights. The room was in need of a few fixes, but the staff was quick to address them and made it up to me. The rooftop was absolutely stunning, especially at night, and the coffee bar was a great addition. Edgar at check-in was fantastic and got me a fabulous room. Christopher at the basement bar provided exceptional service and made my evenings unforgettable. Nelson took care of my bags and handled all the heavy lifting. a great experience and I can't wait to go back in December!

the exterior may not have been the fanciest, but the interior had a beautiful and sophisticated New York style. the front desk staff, especially Eli, provided excellent customer service and made us feel welcomed. Our room was exactly as shown in the pictures - modern, clean, and with high-tech features. the view from our room was superb, with a clear sight of the Empire State Building and other famous buildings. the location was convenient, with easy access to a subway station.

The thermostat didn’t work and despite several attempts to have it fixed they were unsuccessful and it appeared to a problem in a number of other rooms. The rooms were MUCH smaller than pictured. The rooms were not dark at night due to the curtains allowing most of the streetlight in to the room
